This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains, specifically, how cookies and similar technologies work on skilltec.org, and how form submissions and file uploads are technically handled behind the scenes.

Our hosting and form infrastructure provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies automatically, for example to protect our forms from spam and abuse, or to keep a page functioning correctly during your visit. These necessary cookies do not require your consent under most privacy frameworks, because the website cannot function properly without them.

When you submit a form on our website, such as a contact enquiry, job application, internship application, or course registration, the information you enter is transmitted securely and delivered to SKILLTEC. Where a form allows a file upload, for example a certificate, a completed application form, or a payment confirmation screenshot, that file is submitted and stored using the same secure process.

We use Netlify to host our website and to receive and deliver form submissions to us. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf and only handles the information necessary to provide these services. We do not sell any information collected through our website to Netlify or any other party.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them. Because our website currently relies only on strictly necessary cookies for core functionality, blocking cookies entirely may affect your ability to submit forms.

We may update this notice as our website evolves, particularly if we introduce new tools such as analytics or live chat. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
